UNSEEN: Simultaneous Realities

Venues across Greater Manchester

Past Project

Exploring visibility and understanding...

We are proud to present a programme of poetry, performance, film, live art and installation across Greater Manchester that examines LGBT+, South Asian and disabled communities in recovery from substance use.

The spirit of UNSEEN: Simultaneous Realities is to explore the viability of and desire for these communities to become more visible and better understood within Greater Manchester.

Work has been commissioned from artists David Hoyle, Sutapa Biswas and Invisible Flock which is being exhibited and performed across a number of venues across Greater Manchester including HOME Manchester and Touchstones in Rochdale.

Our contribution to Manchester Pride's big weekend, 5 Minutes of Peace, sees Manchester's very own David Hoyle in residence on Chorlton street in the Gay Village.
As part of UNSEEN, 5 minutes of Peace offers some momentary respite from the festival hustle and bustle with free hand and shoulder massage by artist, Another Adele, plus an apple to help sustain you on your way.
