Join us for a guided curator tour of the Manchester Open 2026 at HOME.
The Manchester Open is the biggest celebration of Greater Manchester’s creative talent. Taking place every two years, the exhibition features over 420 artists from all 10 boroughs, ranging in age from 4 to 80, from first-time artists to established professionals.
This guided tour will give you unique insights into the artworks on display, the selection process and the stories behind the work. It is a rare opportunity to experience the exhibition through the eyes of the curator who helped bring it together.
This exhibition only happens every two years. Do not miss it.
Recoverist Culture Fix is our programme of regular, specially curated cultural events. Part of Portraits of Recovery’s commitment to increasing access and engagement with the arts for people and communities in recovery, it is also a chance to meet like-minded people, make friends and enjoy a rich cultural experience in Greater Manchester.
Our aim is to empower those in recovery by fostering their cultural participation, demystifying contemporary art, and amplifying the voices of an often-marginalised community.
